CLAIMS POLICY


. All complaints must be brought to the attention of Clever Importers’ sales department in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice.
. Any complaint made after thirty days of the receipt of Clever Importers’ product shall be deemed to be a complaint without merit. At the same time that a complaint is made, the customer must list with specificity all complaints and provide such list of complaints immediately to Clever Importers with photographic or videographic evidence. In the event of any complaint, Clever Importers’ product shall be kept by the customer in the same state as it was received by the customer. Under no circumstances are Clever Importers’ products to be returned without Clever Importers’ written consent. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
. All claims and complaints must be first inspected by a representative of Clever Importers or the Supplier’s representative
. Claims will not be considered on material which has been cut or installed with visible defects.
. Material sold as seconds, utility, economy, damaged, clearance, or such similar words are purchased as-is.
. Matting, crushing, shading, soiling, and improper installation will not be considered for price adjustment and or replacement.
. Clever Importers shall not be liable for any damages for such differences.
. Materials should be carefully inspected for flaws. Claims for replacement will not be considered after material has oen cut and installed.
. In no event shall the total amount of Clever Importers’ liability for damages, losses, or claims of any kind whatsoever to the customer, for any reason, exceed the total amount of money paid by the customer to Clever Importers respect of this invoice.
